Mammoth Steakhouse and Saloon

Because Friday was the last evening before our winter next door neighbors, Bill and Lisa, headed east toward home, fourteen of us gathered for dinner. Across the street from the north side of the Superstition Mountains...

...is the Goldfield Ghost Town. At this end of the street you'll find the Mammoth Steakhouse & Saloon.

As we've learned, if there's one thing you can count on out here it's that, if there are horses tied outside, there's plenty of cold beer to be served! C'mon in.

These two guys entertain here regularly...they are great musicians and singers! Everyone had a great time...cold drinks, fun friends, good food, and talented entertainment...a perfect recipe for a fun evening.

Early Saturday morning we and our closest neighbors were outside to bid safe travels to Lisa and Bill before they left.

Then we were off to see the kids for a while before meeting our friends at Organ Stop Pizza later that day !
